I have 10 years of broadcast animation experience primarily using Maya. For three years I was on staff as an animator/3D generalist at Click 3X in New York, an artist-led digital studio (http://www.click3x.com). Previous to that I was a freelance CG artist in the NYC area for 7 years. I am fluent in Maya, having used the program since it began. I specialize in animation and modeling, but I also have considerable experience in other aspects of Maya such as rendering, lighting, dynamics and rigging. I am also fluent in the Adobe CS 4 suite. I have some professional experience in Realflow as well. I enjoy learning new software and am currently working on a short film using 3D Studio Max. I taught Maya classes at NYU and at the School of Visual Arts from 1998-2009. I currently teach an animation class at the Illinois Institute of Art. I have also been involved in a number of independent films as Director of Animation or as an animator.
