Launched in November 2002, The Ebeling Group (TEG) is a production company representing world-leading design collectives Lobo, MK12, Nakd, XYZ, Convert, Bitstate, Arthur Industries, Tennant and live-action director Caskey. Prior to opening TEG, Mick served as the CEO and Executive Producer for boutique ad agency They, Inc. While there, he oversaw a client roster that included NASA, Excite, and the City of Los Angeles. He is a noted expert in the field of design and has moderated and spoken on panels at design conferences in the U.S., Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore.

Mick Ebeling launched TEG, leveraging his extensive industry contacts and global experience working in all segments of the production and design universe. Mick helped take Santa Monica-based Fuel from a fledgling design firm to a noted production and design powerhouse prior to its successful acquisition by Razorfish. Mick Ebeling has an esteemed track record due to his unwavering ability of identifying and nurturing innovators in animation and design and continues to cultivate talent from around the globe under the TEG banner. These world-class design collectives have completed a stimulating array of design-driven shorts, commercials and music videos for clients including Diesel, Turner Networks, Coca Cola, Nike, Sony Pictures, Viacom, HP, Disney and several others.
