Founded in 1999, Iamstatic evolved into a multi-disciplinary art and design studio producing commercial and non-commercial projects in motion, animation, film, 3D, interactive and sound design. Iamstatic is Ron Gervais, Randy Knott and David Greene
Recently (2008) members of iamstatic have joined with two others to form a new studio under the moniker BTRY (battery).
Iamstatic will continue as an outlet for creative expression and a force for bringing creative people together.

Iamstatic Exhibitions
- Growth & Pattern Exhibition 2004
This show was based on the theme growth and pattern. We asked 25 artisits to create an origainal piece of work in there respected mediums. The show contains motion, print, flash and photo based works. The work was exhibited in four cities and released on DVD.

An Exhibition of 18 Motion and 30 Print Artists we curated and participated in was based on the idea of the zoo and captivity.

- SUPERMARKET 2006
We asked each artist to create an artwork based on the theme "SUPERMARKET", the artists could create art or a fictitious product design. Each artist was given a ceral box template to contain the artworks.
