Harpo Studios is the creative powerhouse that produced The Oprah Winfrey Show for 25 years.(The word "Harpo" is "Oprah" spelled backwards)
Based in Chicago, Harpo Studios is also home to Emmy Award winning teams in production design, lighting, camera work, editing, audio direction and graphic design. From its state of the art set, daily live shows and tapings feature the world?s most engaging guests from the famous to everyday people all changing the world in which we live.
Harpo Design, the in-house design department at Harpo has worked on several national shows such as "The Oprah Winfrey Show", "The Dr. Oz Show", and "The Nate Berkus Show". They also create animations/graphics for various programming on the cable network, OWN, such as "Oprah's Next Chapter", "The Rosie Show" and "Oprah's Lifeclass". Projects range from motion graphics for broadcast to print ads.
