Designomotion was one of the first broadcast design studios to embrace desktop technology. Founded in the mid 1990s, Designomotion designs graphics for television shows, promo packages, corporate video, Flash websites, live events, and commercials. It's Fortune 500 clients include FedEx and ADP. International and governmental clients include the United Nations and the New York City Police Department. Network and agency clients include ABC, CBS, JWT, Lifetime, MTV, Nickelodeon, Oxygen, PBS, and Showtime.
Highlights of the company include designing and animating a commercial for George Harrison of the Beatles. They also designed jumbotron animations for the Athens 2004 Olympics, the Berlin 2006 World Cup, and the 2006 Macy's Day Parade in Times Square.
Designomotion's work has won a 1999 Gold Broadcast Design Award (BDA) and 2007 Silver Promax Design Award. The studio designed film credits for the 2007 Best Documentary Short at the Tribeca Film Festival.
